The issue mentioned is related to the software program "MyMailList & AddressBook" for Windows, where printing from the program does not include all fields.
When moving a MyMailList file there is suppose to be four supported files: .mml, .bcf, .fsif, and .msif. All it shows me are the .mml, .fsif, and .msif files. I don't have the .bcf file appearing on my computer. Also, when I try to "Save as" to the Data File, nothing shows up in that folder when I follow the path in Windows Explorer. However, when using the program and opening a file, it shows that it's coming from the Data File. I really don't know where it's saving it. Can you help?

From what it seems, you're using an older version of the program that is not supporting .bcf files. In order to fix the issue, I recommend you try updating the utility using the Update option from the Help menu. If you can't find the Data file on your PC, go to Start and type kind:file format in the Search programs and files field. You can find the file format of your Data file when you save it and select the destination directory. Once the search engine displays the Data file, right-click on it and select Open file location. In this way you will find where the program saves your data. If you have problems, I recommend you contact the developers using the contact information from the official website.
Unfortunately, there is no version released that will support the Windows 10 environment. On the official website, MyMailList & AddressBook reached version 8 and according to the specifications, the software is not compatible with the Windows 10 operating system, but if you already have the installation disc, simply insert it and then open the drive. Right click the drive, locate the software and go to Properties > Compatibility and choose a version of Windows that it's listed to be compatible.
No, there isn't an update available in order to run the program on your Windows 7 computer, but you can purchase a new version compatible with your operating systems from the official web page. Since you already have the product, I suggest you to use the Live Chat option from Customer Service section to see if there is a discount available.
I can't seem to figure out how to copy addresses in MyMailList and paste them into an Excel sheet. Is there any way to do this? I have done it before but can't remember. Please help.

According to various sources on the web, you can export the content to Excel or CSV which is also a format that Excel can load. Simply bring up your database and then go to File > Export. Select either XLS or CSV file format and you'll have the possibility to open it in Excel.
It's not necessary to close MyMailList & AddressBook since you'll export to a file that isn't opened. Additionally, check the Help > Contents and browse through the help database.
Try to split the address book into half. In most of cases, this is known as buffer overflow and because of that the application hangs. The process explains that you are trying to perform one operation with different data all at once. This can be fixed using an update of the application.
I want to clarify whether multiple users are able to feed one master list?

MyMailList & AddressBook is installed just like any other application and the contents of the installation package is deployed in the Program Files. After some searching I've found that the database is stored in the same location. Even if you share it across the network, it's not possible for multiple users to operate it. This requires additional implementation and and direct support from the developers regarding databases (probably SQL). The application lacks these features, but you can request them through the following link: http://www.avanquest.com/USA/group/contact/
Yes, version 8 of MyMailList & AddressBook does support checkboxes. To access and apply them, follow these steps:

You can use Address2 for alternative locations. This is built into the software. You don't need additional plug-ins or software for this operation.
